Return Policy
Cancellations
You may cancel orders before production begins or prior to shipment. Cancelled orders will receive a full refund. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
Returns (If Applicable)
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
🔹 Items must be unused, in original condition with all packaging
🔹 Proof of purchase (receipt/order number) is required
🔹 Customized/personalized items are FINAL SALE

Shipping Costs
• Customer-responsible returns: You pay return shipping (carrier fees apply)
• Our-error returns (damaged/incorrect items): Free return shipping
• No restocking fees will ever be charged
Refunds (If Applicable)
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you via email regarding your refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed, and funds will be credited to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.
Delayed/Missing Refunds
If funds aren’t reflected in your account:
① Recheck your bank statement
② Contact your credit card issuer (refunds may take 1-3 billing cycles)
③ Call your bank’s dispute resolution department
