Shipping Policy

  We offer worldwide delivery services, with particular attention to efficient shipping within the United States. All orders will be processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Standard delivery is estimated at 8–20 business days. If you need your ceramics urgently, we also provide an express shipping service with an estimated delivery time of 7–11 business days. Please note that during peak seasons (such as Christmas or Thanksgiving) or in cases of extreme weather, natural disasters, or customs clearance issues, delivery times may be slightly delayed. However, we will provide you with a tracking number via email to keep you updated on your shipment progress.

  Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the order. You can view the exact shipping cost by adding items to your cart and proceeding to checkout. For orders over USD 269.90, we offer free standard shipping within the United States. For express shipping, the fee will be calculated based on actual weight and distance, and you can view the exact amount during checkout.

  We cooperate with YunExpress, a well-known logistics company in China, to ensure that your ceramics are delivered safely and on time. Each package is carefully wrapped with shockproof materials to minimize the risk of damage during transportation. For international shipments outside the United States, the delivery time varies by country or region and is usually 15–30 business days.

  If you have special requirements for shipping, such as specifying a delivery time or requesting that the package be left at a designated location, please indicate this in the order notes when placing your order. We will do our best to coordinate with the logistics company to meet your request, but we cannot guarantee it.
